Dr H A C Prasad served as Senior Economic Adviser ( Additional Secretary Rank) in the Ministry of Finance, Govt. of India for around 13 years and Economic Adviser ( Joint Secretary Rank ) in the Ministry of Commerce & Industry for around 6 years. In the last 3 to 4 years, he prepared three major reports related to India’s International Trade for India Exim Bank as Consultant. He has also served under various capacities like Professor, Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), Research Head and Deputy General Manager, India Exim Bank and Consultant, UNCTAD. He was also closely associated with the activities of some Trade & Industry Associations.
