Arnab Goswami's conversation with Prof. Jeffery Sachs is interesting. However, unlike our earlier views of greater economic cooperation between India and other QUAD countries, given the current situation, India has to walk a tight rope between US and China. Greater economic cooperation with QUAD minus USA is as desirable as greater cooperation with major RCEP countries and BRICS countries minus China, without antagonizing both USA and China as we are presently doing.
